Upload Guidelines
Requirements:
  • File format: Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV (.csv)
  • Maximum 50 patients per upload
  • Supports single or multiple patients
  • Required columns: Patient Name, Email, Phone, Appointment Date, Doctor Name
  • Date format: DD-MM-YYYY (time not required)
  • Phone format: Include country code or + will be added
Example:
Patient Name Email Phone Appointment Date Doctor Name
John Doe john@example.com 1234567890 15-11-2025 Dr. Smith
